What to expect in treatment
During a Reiki treatment, the pure flow of energy is re-aligned within the body, clearing obstructions and strengthening the energy flow.
You will lie-down on a massage table or on a chair.
You will be fully clothed. It is advisable to wear loose-fitting clothing and be dressed in layers.
I will use gentle touch or place my hands a few inches above your body around the head, shoulders, stomach, knees, feet, as well as other positions depending on your needs.
You will listen to relaxing music.
I will not talk during the treatment. However, feel free to speak if you need anything to feel more comfortable.
Everything that surrounds us is energy, and so are we
Most individuals feel very relaxed and at peace during the treatment. Some people may fall sleep, feel hot or cold sensations, tingling, or nothing at all.
Everyone experiences are very different so be open to whatever happens for you. Your energy awareness will become deeper the more reiki sessions you have.
You can share your feeling and sensations with me after the treatment has ended.
The reiki session will help you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally better by stimulating your body’s natural healing abilities.
