The Deep Reset Package includes three personalized, one-hour Reiki sessions — in person at my Guelph practice or from the comfort of your own space via Zoom. You choose what feels right, each time.
Each session includes:
- A gentle check-in and intention-setting
- Reiki energy healing offered for your highest good

- Quiet time for reflection, grounding, and integration
