Why Learn Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice that you can use every day, for yourself and for the people you love. Many of my students come to Reiki looking for more calm, balance and a deeper sense of connection in their lives. Others feel a quiet pull toward it and want to understand it more deeply.

Meet Your Teacher
I’m a Reiki Master and a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association, and I follow their guidelines and standards of practice in my teaching.
I discovered Reiki during a difficult time in my life, and it brought me back to myself. Today, sharing it with others is one of the things I love most. I’m here to support you through every step of your training, at every level.
The Four Levels of Reiki Training
Reiki training is a pathway. Each level builds on the last, at a pace that feels right for you.
Step 1
Reiki Level 1 (Shoden)
Your first step into Reiki. You’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, receive your attunement, and practise hands-on Reiki for yourself and others. No experience needed.

Step 2
Reiki Level 2 (Okuden)
For Level 1 students ready to go deeper. You’ll learn the three Reiki symbols, how to send Reiki at a distance, and how to bring your practice into everyday life.

Step 3
Advanced Reiki Training
For Level 2 practitioners who want to deepen their practice before Master training. You’ll receive the Advanced Reiki attunement and the Usui Master symbol.

- How to work with crystals and create a Reiki grid that continues sending Reiki to yourself and others
- The Reiki meditation, to strengthen your connection with the energy
- Reiki aura clearing, to help release heavy or stuck energy, for yourself and others
- A moving meditation and a guided meditation to meet your Reiki guides

Step 4
Reiki Master Training
The final level of Usui Reiki training, for students ready to deepen their practice and learn to pass Reiki on to others. You’ll receive the Reiki Master attunement.
What you'll learn
- The Hui Yin exercise, the violet breath and the microcosmic orbit meditation
- The Antahkarana and how to use it in meditation
- The healing attunement, a deep healing practice you can share with others
- How to give attunements for every level, from Level 1 to Master
- The values and responsibilities of a Reiki Master

Recommended timing between levels
I ask students to wait two to three months between Level 1 and Level 2, and at least one year between Level 2 and Master training, so you have time to practise and let each level settle.

A Community That Continues
Your training doesn’t end when the class does. Every month I host a Reiki Share, where students and practitioners come together to practise, give and receive Reiki, and learn from each other. It’s a lovely way to keep your practice alive and stay connected.

Do I need any experience to start?
No. Reiki Level 1 is open to everyone, whatever your background or experience.
Do you offer Reiki training online?
No. All of my Reiki training happens in person, in small groups at my home practice in Guelph.
Where are classes held?
In person, at my home practice in south Guelph.
Can I take my training in Spanish?
Yes. I teach every level in English or Spanish.
How long should I wait between levels?
I recommend two to three months between Level 1 and Level 2, and at least one year between Level 2 and Master training.
How much does each level cost?
Reiki Level 1 is $250 and Reiki Level 2 is $350. For Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki Master Training, please reach out and I will share pricing and upcoming dates.
